The Berlin Marathon took place yesterday and Kenyan runner Eliud Kipchoge took home first place with an incredible time of 2:03.32. Kipchoge almost broke the world record of 2 hours, 2 minutes and 57 seconds.
After the race Kipchoge was gifted a pair of the upcoming OFF-WHITE x Nike Zoom Fly by Virgil Abloh himself. Virgil customized the pair, as he usually does, by writing the time of his race on the midsole and “KIPCHOGE” on the midsole of the other shoe. Get a look at Virgil signing and gifting the sneakers to Eliud Kipchoge in the images above.
